Have an IT problem and little time to “Report an Issue” in Ivanti HEAT? Here is a way to help you out. Sending an email to ITSupport@ykhc.org will open an Incident starting the resolution process in IT. Please include as much information about your problem and equipment to help us troubleshoot; computer name, EHR/Office session name, your location, call back number, etc. As always, urgent or emergency issues should be reported by calling 543-6070.
Please note: This process does not replace access nor equipment requests so you will still need to open the Service Catalog for anything that requires approval.
