YKHC requires employees to successfully complete AMO in compliance with federal and state regulations. All YKHC Employees are assigned AMO courses according to their job requirements.
As of today, approximately 39% of YKHC employees have completed all AMO courses.
YKHC’s aim is 100% compliance.
Over the previous few weeks, we’ve received feedback that some employees are experiencing technical issues. The most common issues are a result of blocked pop-ups or using the Chrome browser.
A few quick tips:
- HealthStream works best when using Internet Explorer or the Edge browser.
- When completing the Code of Conduct course, the survey will open in a new window.
- Only submit one (1) survey response
- After completing the survey:

- Close the survey window
- Return to the course window
- Complete the course

- As an employee, it is your responsibility to successfully complete all AMO requirements prior to December 5, 2020.
- AMO courses are only available through HealthStream. No paper versions will be accepted.
