Open Enrollment started November 9. The 2021 Benefit Election forms are available here on the document library, in the “Benefits – Documents & Forms” folder.

New to 2021 offers:

Group Accident Insurance: designed to help covered employees meet the out-of-pocket expenses and extra bills that can follow an accidental injury, whether minor or catastrophic. Indemnity lump sum benefits are paid directly to the employee based on the amount of coverage listed in the schedule of benefits. Coverage for spouse available. 

Group Hospital Indemnity: designed to help provide financial protection for covered individuals by paying a benefit due to a hospitalization and in some cases, for treatment received for an accident or sickness, even if that treatment occurs outside the hospital. Employees can use the benefit to meet the out-of-pocket expenses and extra bills that can occur. Coverage for spouse available.

In addition, the OPM released the 2021 FEHB Health insurance premiums for 2021. they will be listed on the 2021 Benefit Election form.

This year, we are splitting up Dental and Vision insurance. Employees currently enrolled will have the option to keep both, drop both, or keep one.  More information will be provided next week.
