Last month, your retirement plan with OneAmerica moved to the a new website.  If you were familiar with the old mcak.com site, it no longer exists.  We started the migration to the new site back in March, 2020 and the new site is up and running.  We want to remind staff that this new site allows for staff to do the following

1.       You can go to the site, and it will prompt you to set up a new username and password

2.       You can make deferral changes directly on the website. This means if you want to start putting money away into a 403b PRETAX, 403b ROTH retirement plan, or change your deferral amount, you must log in and set it up yourself. There are two account numbers 963241 (employer match) & 963242 (employee deferral)

a.       Employees can start contributing to their 96242 403b Pretax deferral account or 963242 403b Roth deferral account at any time

b.      HR benefits staff receive daily updates on deferral change requests.  Once received, we will process the deferral change in Kronos

3.       We ask that you log in and make sure you listed a beneficiary for both the 963241 and 963242 accounts
