Benefits Update: New Retirement Platform

Employees who receive a paycheck directly from YKHC (benefitted, non-benefitted, direct TDY, on-call, temporary, full time or part time): We are excited to announce a change in website with our YKHC retirement plan vendor. 

The new website has a higher level of security along with easier access to educative resources, setting long-term goals, and making changes to contributions/withdrawals from the account.

Plan Migration FAQ’s

On May 11, your OneAmerica® retirement plan(s) moved to the new website.  Below are answers to questions you may have about the migration, which includes several updates to our website.

Will My plan number change with this migration?

Your new plan will be 963241 & 963242 and you’ll be asked for the Plan numbers when you contact the participant call center. It will also be on your second quarter statement delivered in July 2020.

What is the new participant call center number?

 They can be reached at 1-800-858-3829 and Participant Service Center hours are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET.

How will I access my accounts?

Your website address will still be the same: oaretirement.com

You will need to register to establish new credentials.

You will need your social security number, date of birth and zip code to register for the first time and multi-factor authentication (MFA) code. You will create a User ID and password to use for future logins.

Your MFA will be sent to your email address on file with us. If you don’t have an email address you will receive a letter later this week or you can always call the 800# for your MFA.

Call 800-858-3829 if you need assistance logging in and your new Plan IDs are 963241 and 963242.

What are the new security practices?

Through the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) process, at account login and at least every 90 days thereafter, you will be required to request and then enter a one-time use personal identification number (PIN) that OneAmerica will provide to your email address attached to your account. The OneAmerica Participant Service Center is available should you requireassistance with the MFA process.
