Thursday, February 13 will be moving our Anchorage-based datacenter to a brand new, state-of-the-art facility. Please be advised that due to work being done there will be intermittent outage of the items listed below Thursday evening between 9:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. AKDT.
The following service will be unavailable during the outage:
- eRAD Patent server (AS-ERAD1
- Internet browsing/external clinical websites
- TigerConnect (still available via 3G on mobile devices)
- ePrescribe (still available via 3G on mobile devices)
- External email (note: emails sent to YKHC will be queued up and delivered once service is restored)
- HEAT
- Amion
- Taleo
- MyWorxHub
- Healthstream
- External VIDYO conferencing
- CareTracker
- Cisco AnyConnect VPN
RAVEN will remain available if you are on the YKHC network (Bethel and Village locations), but will be unavailable from external locations.
Once the work is completed, all services will return to normal.
