IT uses CommVault to back up our databases, files, emails etc. If you, for example, need to search seven year-old emails, or restore email attachments simply navigate to the CommVault site (a link to CommVault can be found in the “Favorites” menu of Internet Explorer) and enter your YK email address and network password to log in. If you are unable to open attachments it’s because the CommVault Outlook Add-in is not installed. The EHR VDI Pool has the Add-in.
