HR would like to announce the realignment of the HR Generalist team who will be reporting to James Allen, Employee Relations Manager, effective immediately.  Under James’ leadership the HR Generalist will be changing their function to become your “HR Business Partner.”  As announced earlier the HR Generalist have been assigned to specific departments.  The new role will be to develop partnerships across the HR function and organization to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the objectives of the organization.  This Total Quality Management concept focuses on great internal customer service that enhances great external customer service.  Your HR Generalist will be your primary point of contact to managers and employees across all levels of the organization for HR related services who can provide guidance and coaching or refer you to an HR Manager who specializes in your specific request.

M’Kai comes with a background working for multiple entities, including Bank of America and The Lodge at Whitefish lake where he worked with a number of celebrities. Welcome M’Kai!
