The Compliance team is tracking all external audit requests, if your department receives a request of Medical Records, or Billing/Coding documentation via fax, e-mail, snail mail, etc. please fill out the External Audit Request Form found on the Employee Intranet under “Featured Resources: Quality & Safety Featured Links.” Filling out the form and attaching a copy of the request letter will send a notification to a Compliance team member to ensure we have timely completion of requests, and allow us to track where we are being audited from and for what purposes.
