In order to use a YKHC Vehicle, you are required to read the Vehicle Guidelines Form, sign it and return it to Linda Weisweaver.

Employees that see a violation of the guidelines are encouraged to report it in Quantros or call ext. 6016 to speak with Linda Weisweaver, or to leave her a message. Employees who make reports will not have their identity revealed.
