YKHC requires employees to successfully complete AMO in compliance with federal and state regulations. All YKHC Employees are assigned AMO courses according to their job requirements.
YKHC’s aim is 100% compliance. As of today YKHC has a total completion rate of 60%.
2019 AMO courses include:
- Rapid Regulatory Compliance, Part I
- Rapid Regulatory Compliance, Part II
- Compliance and YKHC’s Code of Conduct
- Active Shooter Response in Healthcare Settings
- Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

- Computers are available in the Human Resources kiosk: Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CHSB 2nd Floor).
- Department Managers who wish to schedule a block of time for their team to complete the AMO courses can send an e-mail to HRGeneralists@ykhc.org.
What you need to know:
- As an employee, it is your responsibility to successfully complete the AMO requirements prior to the due date.
- All employees-regardless of start date– must complete the Compliance Code of Conduct, Active Shooter Response in Healthcare Settings, and the Sexual Harassment in the Workplace courses.
- All courses are only available through HealthStream
