As departments move into the new facility and get settled, we would like to offer a friendly reminder that employees should not hang posters, signs or art throughout the new space without prior approval. Representatives from Support Services, Communications, and Hospital Services are continually assessing need for increased signage, wayfinding support and installing artwork previously commissioned for the new building.

Additional information will be forthcoming about Standard Work and instructions for requesting and hanging posters or signage in the new facility. In the meantime, departments requesting promotional signage to be hung can submit a print job request in HEAT Self-Service.
