YKHC Leadership is pleased to announce the launch of the Quyana Award!

This award is one way to send recognition and appreciation to peers and colleagues for efforts that support and align with YKHC’s Mission, Vision and Values.  This simple and meaningful way to say thank you is similar to the historic Star Grams and will be sent to the employee, the employee’s supervisor, and Human Resources.  The award was developed by committee, following last year’s employee engagement survey, as a way to offer additional opportunities for recognition throughout the organization.
