Beginning November 11 through December 9, eligible employees will be able to make changes to insurance selections. Open enrollment (OE) is the one time of the year employees can make changes to insurance plans, outside of a qualifying life events. Keep an eye out for the new OE forms that will be released shortly before it begins.

Insurance vendors will be in Bethel to meet with employees on November 12, offering an opportunity to make educated choices on benefit elections. The open house will be located in the Paul John Board Room from 12:30-3:00 p.m. and in the Silver Conference Room of the new facility from 3:30-5:30 p.m.

HR will be serving snacks and beverages for those in attendance. Don’t miss out!

Additionally, Fitness Center enrollment will take place next week. Enrollment will take place Tuesday, October 29, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the CHSB lobby and Wednesday, with times and location TBD.

Enrollment forms will be available at the registration site and in the HR office. For anyone interested in annual enrollment, Stacey Reardon, the Facility Director, will be taking enrollment forms and payments directly. Monthly enrollments will be done via payroll deduction and those forms will be submitted to HR Benefits staff.
