A change freeze is in effect through October 15. During this time the IT-RAVEN team will focus on completing previously approved RAST items, PJCP build, and the 2018 code upgrade. If you have a RAST request to submit, please do so via the Ivanti HEAT system here (once logged in > Service Catalog > Most Popular > RAST Request). All non-emergency requests will be held for the next scheduled RAST meetings. If you submit a request that is an emergency (impacting patient safety or finance), these will be reviewed and responded during the freeze using an alternate voting system: Provider requests – MSEC emailed voting; Clinical requests – Survey Monkey emailed voting.
