January 7, 2022 is the last day to transition from legacy Airwatch to the new Workspace One (WSO). Those who are still on legacy Airwatch should have received multiple emails at this point, but if you have questions please call ext. 6070.

Signing up for WSO is much easier. Simply go to getwsone.com , download, install, open Intelligent Hub, and follow the instructions in the app.

Once complete, reopen the Intelligent Hub app and you will find many helpful work applications. Your folders will be in the “Content” app and all of our intranet sites will be found in the “Web” app.

There are significant improvements to WSO and encourage anyone who would like mobile access to work email, full YKHC internet, vault1 and homdir folders, and all internal intranet sites to sign up.

You could be at home checking your email, click on a link to approve a voucher in PeopleSoft or an Access eForm and be automatically taken to the internal site through a VPN tunnel. In the past you would have to get Cisco AnyConnect and manually turn on a VPN.

NOTE: WSO will require a minimum of a 6 digit passcode. This will be the new passcode for your entire device so don’t forget it.
