Culture of Safety Survey closes Friday, May 7

The Culture of Safety Survey will close on May 7, 2021. We are still under our goal of a minimum of 300 responses. 

The 2021 Culture of Safety Survey was launched April 16, 2021. The survey is designed to collect perspectives regarding delivery of services in current working conditions from current staff. This survey is important for the corporation because it gives employees the opportunity to provide feedback on our current culture of safety in the workplace.

Our goal is to collect a minimum of 300 employee responses. As of May 5, 2021 we have received a total of 270 responses from the following departments:

  • Behavioral Health – Bethel Based: 18
  • Behavioral Health – Village Based: 7
  • Dental: 2
  • Emergency Department: 10
  • Inpatient Adult & Peds: 18
  • Laboratory: 9
  • Long Term Care: 9
  • Obstetrics: 5
  • Optometry: 4
  • Outpatient Clinics: 50
  • Pharmacy: 28
  • Physical Therapy: 6
  • Radiology: 5
  • Respiratory Therapy: 1
  • Specialty Clinics: 1
  • Sub-Regional Clinics: 9
  • Surgery: 2
  • Village Clinics: 31
  • Non-Patient Care Areas: 55

The survey is completely anonymous. A separate survey is available for those interested in entering a raffle for Amazon Gift Cards and YKHC swag provided by the Performance Improvement Department.
