Safety Session of the Week: Preventing Dehydration

This week’s safety session covers some brief steps you can take to make sure you beat dehydration as summer begins to arrive!

  1. Increase your overall water consumption and be sure to drink water regularly.
  2. If possible, study your urine. The darker it gets, the more water you need to drink.
  3. If you are suffering from dehydration and fruit is available, eat plenty of it. Especially those with high water content, like watermelon.
