This week’s safety session covers some brief steps you can take to make sure you beat dehydration as summer begins to arrive!
- Increase your overall water consumption and be sure to drink water regularly.
- If possible, study your urine. The darker it gets, the more water you need to drink.
- If you are suffering from dehydration and fruit is available, eat plenty of it. Especially those with high water content, like watermelon.
