COVID-19 Update: Mandatory Employee Health Screening After All Travel

Effective immediately, all employees returning to Bethel from any travel will be required to monitor their temperatures for a period of 14 days after their return.

This includes all personal and business travel in state, to the lower 48 and out of country.

Employees returning from travel will need to monitor and record their temperatures three times a day. If you do not have access to one at home, thermometers are available from employee health. From now until March 20, employee health is located in West Wing room 134. After March 20, employee health will be located in team room A in the new facility.

Employees can pick up thermometers before or after their travel.

If at any point your temperature is above 100.4ºF, immediately notify your manager and employee health at ext. 6321. Otherwise, after the 14 days are complete, return the form to employeehealth@ykhc.org.
