Due to your hard work and YKHC’s strong financial performance, YKHC has announced that a 2% merit increase for eligible employees has been approved for 2024. This extends YKHC’s streak of nine compensation increases over the past ten years. Thank you!
Eligibility requirements for the 2% wage increase are:
- Must be a permanent, benefitted YKHC employee
- Employed by YKHC on or before July 1, 2023
- –Timely completion by employee and manager of the 2023 Annual Performance Evaluation
- Received a satisfactory performance evaluation
- –Not on a performance improvement plan (PIP) on the effective day of the wage increase
- –Job titles that received a compensation adjustment on or after July 1, 2023 are not eligible
- –Merit wage increases for eligible employees will be effective the pay period beginning April 14, 2024, with a pay date of May 3, 2024
