Safety Message: Employee identification badges

YKHC requires all employees (including residents, interns, students and contractors) wear their ID badge when at work. Badges help improve safety, professionalism and customer relations.

Wear your badge with the picture and name visible to be seen by your coworkers, security personnel, patients, visitors, etc. Being able to put a name and position to a face can boost customer confidence. An ID is a quick way for your customers to be able to verify that the person they’re talking to has the power to help them with whatever it is they need and allows them to quickly and easily build lasting relationships with employees.

Your employee ID badge is your electronic key to enter the facilities and other secured areas as needed. Badges may not be loaned, transferred, or used by anybody other than the person who is pictured and named on the badge.
