On Tuesday, February 6, Yuut Elitnaurviat began its first cohort of nursing assistant students of the year with six students. The students will begin their clinicals the week of February 19 and will be taking the state nursing aide certification exam in the latter part of spring. 

Our appreciation to the nursing administrators and staff at our Long-Term Care Facility and outpatient clinic for supporting these and past CNA students in the clinical rotation component of the program, a pivotal factor in successful completion.

This is the first of three cohorts planned for the year. The proposed dates for upcoming CNA classes for the remainder of 2024 are as follows:

Cohort 2 : April 2 – May 10

Cohort 3: Sept 3 – Oct 11
