Corporate wide merit increase implemented

As announced in March, YKHC is pleased to confirm that it has implemented a 3% corporate-wide merit wage increase to eligible employees beginning May 1, 2022, which will be reflected on the May 20, 2022, pay date.  This annual increase builds upon the two corporate-wide lump-sum Hero’s Bonuses that we issued in January 2021 and again in December 2021. Based on the company’s strong financial performance, YKHC has had annual employee raises/bonuses seven of these last eight years, unprecedented for YKHC and as measured against our peers.

The eligibility requirements for the 3% wage increase are:
-Permanent, benefitted YKHC employee
-Completed annual performance evaluation by April 15th
-Received satisfactory performance evaluation
-In good standing
-Employed at YKHC on or before Feb. 1, 2022
-Has not received a wage increase on or after Feb. 1, 2022
