Through the holiday season Travel and Medicaid will be closed in observation of winter holidays. The closures listed below include Travel Booking, Update Booth, Medicaid Enrollment and Prior Authorization:

December 24, Christmas Eve (Alaska Airlines is open for 1:05 p.m. flight only)

December 25, Christmas

December 31 New Years Eve, Open 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Alaska Airlines is open for 1:05 p.m. flight only)

January New Years Day, (Alaska Airlines is open for 1:05 p.m. and 8:35 p.m. flights)

If assistance is needed during these closures you can tiger connect “Travel On Call” but please keep in mind, Alaska Airlines is open as shown above.

Any village travel needed or travel outside of the designated times above will have to be medevac.
