Performance Improvement (PI) is using one email inbox for all Customer Feedback Event submissions.
Please change Xerox Email settings to have Feedback Event forms sent to: customer_feedback@ykhc.org
The email address has been updated on the form (Customer Feedback and Grievances Form CORP_011) in Policy Manager(MCN). Please refer to this updated document and discard any copies you have made or saved to your desktop.
