In July of 2019, the first & third floors of the new building were occupied.  Notification was provided to the Joint Commission which will trigger a visit at some point this fall. As with previous surveys this will be unannounced. The survey will be focused on the new building and the connection to services with our temporary areas such as ER and Laboratory. To ensure we are maintaining our processes, the Performance Improvement team and senior leadership are performing audits of departments. It is our intent to make “every day a joint commission day”.  The purpose is to always be working in the safest environment for our patients and staff.
