In order to improve flu vaccination rates across our service area, YKHC leadership is sponsoring a flu vaccination contest which will award various prizes to the clinics and health aides with the most flu shots administered. Out of fairness, this contest will be broken down by community size and prizes will be available by both quantity of vaccines given as well community vaccination rate.

Clinic/SRC Awards
Criteria: For the VHCs/SRC in each category with highest percentage of vaccines given from October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019
Prize: Coffee & snack basket
Categories: SRC, Village Pop. <300, Village Pop 300-600, Village Pop. >600 (see official list below)
Health Aide Award
Criteria: For the Health Aide with highest number of flu shot given from October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019
Prize: Two round trip airline tickets to Anchorage
Health Aide Raffle
Criteria: One raffle ticket for every flu shot given and entered into RAVEN October 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
